Philippines born Head Chef Mario Isidro has created a menu that includes dishes such as 'Tuna Tartare' and 'Alaskan Black Cod' as well as 'Smoked Duck Breast'. His menus are an every day celebration of freshly prepared, quality Japanese cuisine at its best.
Chef Mario is highly experienced having worked with some of the most highly reputable hotels and restaurants in London. Leading a team of fifteen, Chef Mario's aim is to fuse Japanese cooking techniques with the freshest of local ingredients, bringing KOUZU's customers overall dining experience to the next level.
